Family Paralegal Associates provides legal document preparation services. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice. Our services include:

• Preparation of legal documents based on your specific instructions
• Document review for completeness and accuracy
• Notary services
• Guidance on document filing procedures
• Administrative support for legal paperwork

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Review all documents carefully before approval
• Ask questions if you don't understand any part of the process
• Pay all fees and costs as agreed
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your information or circumstances
• Take responsibility for filing deadlines and court requirements
• Seek legal advice when appropriate

• Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• Methods Accepted: We accept cash, check, and electronic payments
• Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds: Refunds are available only if services have not been rendered
• Disputes: Payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal information and legal matters:

• All client information is kept confidential
• Information is shared only with your consent or as required by law
• Secure systems are used for document storage and transmission
• Staff are trained in confidentiality protocols
• Records are maintained according to professional standards

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for court rejections due to changing laws or procedures
• We are not liable for delays caused by courts, government agencies, or third parties
• You assume all risks associated with self-representation

• All document templates and forms remain our property
• Completed documents become your property upon payment
• You may not redistribute our templates or forms
• Our business name, logo, and materials are protected by trademark

Either party may terminate the service relationship:

• Client may terminate at any time with written notice
• We may terminate for non-payment, false information, or unethical requests
• Upon termination, payment is due for services already rendered
• We will return original documents and materials upon request
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
